The Culture Palace is designed in a poly-centers concept. It has a professional theater with a capacity of 500 persons, a library, art center, hostel for visiting troupes, children center, science club, dance training halls, and environment museum.

 We offer a wide range of architectural services, including building design, space planning, interior design, Exterior Design, Tender Package and project management. 

The idea is to rehabilitate the old city council building and turn it into a creativity center. The building is registered as an Islamic monument under prime minister decision 1687, 2006. This way the project upgrades the building and equips its spaces with the state of the art finishing and equipment. Meanwhile it restores the facades and interiors.

The story behind the building of Ghernata goes back to a Belgium businessman Empain(September ,20 1852 - July 1929 ,22), who is credited with founding Heliopolis neighborhood in the last century, where the building was constructed on four acres , to become one of the most important architectural models built on the Andalusian-Islamic style.

The interior design and facades reflect the appropriation with the world heritage of Luxor. The building contains state of the art IT for documenting and exhibiting Egypt’s heritage.
